莱钢降低球团生产烟(粉)尘排放的实践

摘要 为降低烟尘排放,通过合理选择强度高的铁精粉,严格执行配料精度,优化造球工艺参数,调整设备参数,合理控制生球干燥及预热温度,使球团爆裂数由原来的1/3降低到1/4,烟尘排放量由原来的143.1mg/m3降低到79.9mg/m3。 In order to reduce the dust emissions, through using iron concentrate of high intensity, strictly enforcing proportioning accuracy, optimizing the process parameters of palletizing, adjusting equipment parameters and controlling drying and preheating temperatures of green pellets, the pellet bursting quantity was reduced from 1/3 to 1/4 and dust emissions were decreased from 143.1 mg/m3 to 79.9 mg/m3.
