莱钢6~#1000m^3高炉高效化生产实践

摘要 总结了莱钢6#1000m3高炉高效化生产的经验。通过提高原燃料质量,精料入炉,采取高风温、富氧喷煤、上下部调剂相结合,完善高炉操作及加强车间管理等措施,高炉取得了较好的经济技术指标,平均利用系数2.960t(/m3·d),焦比309.1kg/t,煤比189.4kg/t,实现了高炉稳定高产的目标。 We summarized the experiences about high-efficiency production of Laiwu steel' s No.6 1 000 m3 BF. Through improving the quality of raw material and fuel, beneficiatod material feeding, using high hot blast temperature, oxygen-enriched pulverized coal-injection, combining upper and lower conditioning, perfecting the operation of the blast furnace and strengthening the shop management, the better economic and technological indexes were acquired, such as, the average productivity was 2.960 t/(m3. d), the coke rate was 309.1 kg/t and the coal radio was 189.4 kg/t, realizing the aim of the BF stabilization and high yield.
