摘要
中小型高炉无水压浆造衬是采用不定型耐火材料以压入泥浆的方法来保护炉身的一项新技术,要求选择合适的施工工艺和符合性能要求的压浆料。施工时要注意控制泥浆的黏度、压入速度、压入枪的定位。该技术在涟钢高炉上应用效果很好,具有应用缩短检修工期、节约耐火材料、降低检修费用、延长炉衬使用寿命等优点。
Medium and small-sized blast furnace anhydrous grouting creating lining with unshaped refractory materials is a new patching technology. The technical requirements include technical process and the performance of the hot Anhydrous Grouting. We must control the viscocity of the slurry, grouting velocity and appropriate position of the grouting gun in the process of the construction. The anhydrous grouting lining technology suited the Blast Furnace at Lianyuan Steel very well, cutting down time limit for a overhaul project, saving refractory, reducing the cost for a overhaul project, prolonging useful time for BF lining and acquiring good economic benefits.
