江苏省乡镇兽药GSP试点的经验总结与做法

The Procedure and Experience about the Implementation of Veterinary GSP in the Rural Towns of Jiangsu Province

新修订的《兽药管理条例》规定,自2009年11月起,未通过GSP检查验收的兽药经营企业,不得再从事兽药经营活动。据此农业部要求在2004年10月31日前已经取得《兽药经营许可证》的企业应在2009年10月31前完成兽药GSP改造和验收。2005年起江苏在全国率先开展兽药GSP试点工作,到目前本市也已有三家兽药经营企业顺利完成了GSP改造并通过省级验收。本文旨在将试点过程中的一些做法和经验做个总结,希望能给其他基层经营企业进行GSP改造,申请验收工作有一定的借鉴作用。

Based on the new amended Regulation of Animal Drug Administration, since Nov. 2009, the veterinary drug managing enterprises failing the inspection of veterinary GSP can＇ t supply veterinary drug. The Ministry of Agriculture declared that the enterprises getting the Veterinary Drug License must finish file transformation and acceptance of veterinary GSP before the 31th Oct. 2009. Jiangsu has been first pilot site implementing veterinary GSP from 2005. Now, in the city of Yizbeng, there have been three veterinary drug managing enterprises, which have been remoulded successfully and accepted by province. This article summarized some practices and experiences in the process on trail to help other managing enterprises accomplish the transformation and acceptance of GSP.
