转移性直肠癌的诊治和预后初探(附7例报告)

转移性直肠癌是由其它脏器恶性肿瘤转移到直肠所致，是直肠癌中罕见的一种类型，国内外报道极少。本组报告７例转移性直肠癌，因转移途径不同，首发症状，以排粪困难占５７％，脓血便２９％。术前可经直肠深切活检或直肠腔内超声确诊。５０％生存率的生存时间仅９．５个月，所以术式选择应小范围保守切除。

Metastatic rectal cancer is a kind of metastatic malignant tumor from other organs,which has hardly ever been reprted both in China and abroad.Seven cases of metastatic rectal cancer was reported in this study.As the different ways of metastasis,the first group of symptoms of dysporia and bloody purulent stool was 57% and 29% respectively.Biopsy for the penetrating rectum and intracavitary ultrasonic examination should be performed before operation.The period of existence was only 9.5 months among the patients whose survival rates was 50%.Therefore,conservative excision in small regeon should be the better pattern of the operation.
