白头翁素对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞释放IL-6及TNF的影响

Influence of Pulsalilla Chinensis on the Release of IL 6 and TNF of Peritoneal Macrophages in Mice

白头翁素为承气合剂组分之一，本实验通过体外细胞培养观察了白头翁素对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞（Ｍφ）分泌细胞因子的影响，结果表明白头翁素可抑制由内毒素（ＬＰＳ）诱导的Ｍφ释放白细胞介素６（ＩＬ－６），但对肿瘤坏死因子（ＴＮＦ）的分泌无影响。

Pulsalilla Chinensis(PC) is a major component of Chengqi mixture which is valuable in treating acute peritonitis.In vitro,we found that PC predominent inhibited macrophages(Mφ) which was stimulated by LPS to release interleukin 6(IL 6) and tumor necrosis factor(TNF).LPS stimulated Mφ to release IL 6 and TNF (53.3±4.3 and 21.3±1.3 u/ml), and both are reduced to 32.1±1.7 and 17.2±1.4 u/ml respectively while combined LPS with PC. PC had no active effects on normal Mφ in releasing IL 6 and TNF,which was different from that of Chengqi mixture.
