Maintenance for Gas Turbine Generator Set

燃气发电机组存在运转部件多,运转部件工作条件恶劣,易损件多,拆卸和更换困难,对日常检查和调整要求高等特点。为提高检修效率,确保机组的长周期运行,除了严格按照规定要求进行机组日常保养外,还要对维修工具加以改进,对设备进行改造,同时还要遵循一定的故障分析与排除原则。

Gas turbine generator set consists of many moving components, easily damaged parts. It is difficult to dismantle and replace during maintenance, daily check and adjustment. This paper describes in details how to improve efficiency of maintenance by modification of tools and facilities as to make the gen- set achieve a long and stable services. General principles for troubleshooting and analysis are discussed herein.
