摘要 当前,安徽通信运营企业培训市场竞争日趋激烈,培训产品日益同质化。安徽邮电职业技术学院要增强自身的市场竞争力,培育客户的满意度、忠诚度和美誉度,就必须开展安徽通信运营企业培训市场的调研。在市场调研的基础上,对市场调研结果进行了归纳、总结和分析,指出了安徽通信运营企业培训市场存在的问题,从四个方面提出了做好安徽通信运营企业员工培训的对策建议。 At present, the competition in training market of communication enterprises in Anhui becomes more and more fiercer, and the training products become assimilated. In order to enhance the competitiveness and to pro mote the customers' satisfaction, adherence and praise, Anhui Vocational College of Posts and Telecommunications must carry out the training market research for Anhui communication enterprises. Based on the market research, the results of market research were analyzed, the problems of training market for Anhui communication enterprises have been pointed out, and the countermeasures for training the staffs in Anhui communication empri ses were proposed from four aspects.
