摘要
利用管理学的态势分析法(SWOT),通过着眼于产业自身的实力及其与竞争对手的比较,分析了重庆传媒存在的优势、劣势,结合外部环境分析了重庆传媒产业面临的机会和威胁,从五个方面提出了推进重庆传媒产业发展的对策建议。
By using SWOT, through the comparison of industrial strength and that of competitor, the advantage and disadvantage of Chongqing media are analyzed. Combining with external environment, the chance and threat that Chongqing media industry confronted are studied. And then the countermeasures for promoting the development of Chongqing media industry are proposed.
