摘要
通过动物实验和细胞培养的方法,观察到骨形成蛋白在体内诱导异位成骨,在体外诱导人胚骨间质细胞、动脉瘤样骨囊肿间质细胞及其转化细胞成软骨分化的效应,本实验为解释临床上动脉瘤样骨囊肿中骨肉瘤的伴发提供了一定的实验依据.
It was observed that bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) induced heterotopic bone formation in vivo and cartilage differentiation in vitro in human stromal cells of fetal bone marrow, stromal cells derived from ancurysmal bone cyst and their chemically transformed cells by animal experiment and cell culture. The study made it possible to explain the of osterosarcoma in aneurysmal bone cyst.
