华北伪军中的县警备队——以沦陷时期的河北为例

The county guards of the puppet soldiers in North China——A case study of occupied Hebei

华北伪军包括以治安军为主体的正规军队和以省、道、县警备队为主体的地方伪军两部分。关于前者学术界已多有论列,但关于后者目前尚付阙如。实际上,华北伪军中的各县警备队不仅数量庞大,而且被日本侵略者视为维护"治安"的骨干,被中共中央华北局认为危害性比正规的治安军更大。

The puppet soldiers in the North China include security troops and local guards of the counties, the previous of which has been heatedly discussed, but the latter of which remains blank in research fields. In effect the county guards are not large in quantity, hut they serve as the major force of the security maintenance for the Japanese. Consequently, the North Bureau of the CPC Central Committee confirms that the county guards are more harmful than the security troops.
