邓小平市场经济理论与中国现代化建设制度模式的选择

"发展才是硬道理",中国必须发展,要走现代化道路。社会发展必然采取一种基本和基础性的制度模式。人类长期以来的社会发展实践表明,市场经济是发展生产力有效的制度形式,由此决定了当代中国社会发展的基本和基础性的制度模式也只能是市场经济制度。邓小平提出"社会主义也可以搞市场经济",并且从本质上说明"计划和市场都只是经济手段",不属于社会基本制度范畴,为我国建立社会主义市场经济体制清除了思想障碍,为现代化的持续发展奠定了基础。

＂Development is top priority＂, China must develop, and get modernized. The social development must adopt a fundamental and basic systematic pattern. The long development practice of human society proves that market economy is the effective systematic pattern of the development of productive forces ,which confirms that market economic system must be the fundamental and basic systematic pattern for the development of modern China. That ＂socialism can also adopt market economy＂, and ＂planning and market are merely economic means＂, which do not belong to the category of basic social system, advanced by Deng Xiaoping, removes the ideological barrier to our building of socialist market economic system, and lays the foundation for the sustainable development of modernization.
