细胞周期的调控与肿瘤的发生 被引量：1

摘要 细胞周期相关基因及产物组成复杂的分子网络,调控着细胞周期的演进,确保细胞有序地增生与凋亡.当调控细胞周期的分子网络成员发生异常改变时,细胞周期失控,导致细胞不协调地增生,DNA受损等异常细胞不能凋亡,肿瘤发生成为可能.由此可见,细胞周期的失控和肿瘤的发生紧密关联.本文就细胞周期的调控及肿瘤发生两方面作一概述.1 细胞周期的调控已有研究显示,细胞周期主要受控于下述三个系统.1.1 细胞周期因子和细胞周期因子依赖性激酶复合物(cyclins/CDKs).
