表面麻醉与晶体超声乳化术的临床效果

Clinical Observation on Topical Anesthesia for Phacoemulsification

目的观察表面麻醉在晶状体超声乳化摘出及人工晶体植入术中的麻醉效果。方法用表面麻醉对156例(160眼)进行晶体超声乳化吸出人工晶体植入术。结果 156例(160眼)均在表面麻醉下完成手术。术后1周最佳视力≥0.5者133眼(83.12%),术后1个月最佳视力≥0.5者140眼(87.50%)。术中无明显并发症;术后角膜轻度水肿11眼(6.89%),角膜中度水肿2眼(1.25%)。结论表面麻醉下行晶体超声乳化吸出人工晶体植入术是安全、有效的。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of topic anesthesia in phacoemutsification and intraocular lens implantation. Methods Under topical anaesthesia, 292 eyes were operated phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation. Results All the 292 eyes have been operated on topical anaesthesia. A week later, the best visions≥0.5 were 82 % . A month after operation, the best visions≥0.5 were 93 % . The major complications were slight corneal edema 12 eyes （4 % ） and medium corneal edema 8 eyes （ 2.7 % ）. Conclusions The topical anesthesia can be simply, safely and effectively for phacoemulsification.
