强直性脊柱炎的早期诊断及康复措施

Early Diagnosis and Rehabilitation Measures of Ankylosing Spondylitis

目的探讨强直性脊柱炎的早期诊断依据及康复治疗措施。方法收集近年收治的220例强直性脊柱炎病例,对其中48例早期患者进行重点观察分析。结果强直性脊柱炎早期容易误诊,本组入院前误诊26例,骶髂关节显示 X 线异常者44例。女性患者可在发病数年内不出现 X 线异常,儿童患者几乎皆从下肢大关节开始发病,两者更易误诊。结论本病治疗的关键在于早期发现;在药物及物理治疗的基础上,功能锻炼及日常生活中保持良好姿势对预防或减轻畸形具有重要意义。

Objective To study the early diagnosis and rehabilitation measures of ankylosing spondylitis. Methods collected 220 cases in recent years, and observed and analyzed 48 cases specially of them. Results Ankylosing spondylitis was hard to detect at its early stage. 26 cases were misdiagnosed before they were hospitalized and the Sacroiliac joint X-ray showed abnormal in 44 cases. Female patients often showed normal in several years after they suffered from this disease. All the child patients ahnost began to suffer from the large joints of the lower extremities. So those two groups were easily misdiagnosed. Conclusion The key to the treatment is to detect this disease at the early stage. In order to prevent and reduce the incidence rate of deformity, based on the drug and physical therapy, functional training and maintaining good postures in daily life are of great importance.
