住院精神病人猝死11例

Analysis on Sudden Death of 11 Hospitalized Psychiatric Patients 11

目的了解住院精神患者猝死的特点,以便降低住院精神患者猝死的发生率。方法回顾性调查1990年1月1日至2007年6月30日期间住院患者猝死的发生情况。结果共发生猝死11例,猝死发生率为0.48‰。11例猝死者中,8例表现为紊乱性精神运动性兴奋,饮食差或拒食,且多为合并用药,5例死亡前心电图检查异常。结论住院精神患者猝死发生因素涉及多个方面,要减少猝死的发生必须采取综合措施。

Objective Understand the characteristics of psychiatric in-patients＇ sudden death to reduce rate. Methods All in-patients who suddenly died from January 1,1990 to June 30, 2007 in Linyi Municipal Mental Health Center were retrospectively analyzed. Results The total number of sudden death was 11 and the sudden death rate was 0.48%o, 8 eases were characterized with psychomotor excitement, poor appetite or refusing food, the patients with drug combination were more. the electrocardiograph of 5 cases （ECG） showed abnormal before sudden death. Conclusion The factors of sudden death are related to many reasons, comprehensive measures should be taken to decrease the sudden death rate.
