基于AMR-WB+的低码率语音编码技术的研究

摘要 介绍了移动通信中语音服务的需求,分别从音频内容的分发和在不同的传输机制和无线接入技术下的可用比特率两方面进行了介绍,从而得出大多数移动音频应用的比特率范围大约是10kbps到24kbps。再对AMR-WB+的技术进行了分析,最后对AMR-WB+的音频质量进行了评价,从而得出AMR-WB+在低比特范围要比E-ACC+更优越,可以为移动通信中语音通信提供优秀的音频质量。
