益胃汤对胃溃疡大鼠EGFR及bFGF的影响

The Effects of Yiwei decoction on EGFR and bFGF of gastrelcosis Rats

目的:观察疏肝健脾方益胃汤对胃溃疡大鼠表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)及碱性成纤细胞生长因子(bFGF)的影响,探讨其可能的作用机制。方法:以乙酸烧灼法建立胃溃疡模型,观察用药后胃粘膜EGFR及bFGF蛋白的表达。结果:益胃汤能显著提高胃溃疡大鼠胃粘膜组织EGFR的表达及调节bFGF的表达。结论:益胃汤对胃溃疡有明显的保护作用,其机制可能通过调节生长因子EFGR、bFGF表达来加速溃疡粘膜再生和粘膜下组织结构重建。

Objective ： To research the effects of disperse the depressed liver-energy and invigorate the spleen YIWEI decoction on EGFR and bFGF of gastrelcosis Rats and approach its mechanism. Method ：The method was used ethanoic acid corrode to establish the gastrelcosis model to observe the protein expression of EGFR and bFGF after medication. Resuh：YIWEI decoction could significantly elevate the protein expression of EGFR and bFGF on gastrelcosis mucosa of Rats. Conclusion：YIWEI decoction had evident protection on gastrelcosis. The mechanism might be concerned with regulating the protein expression of EGFR and bFGF to accelerating the reproduction of gastrelcosis mucosa and establishing the construction of submucous tissue.
