摘要
针对目前电力、冶金、化工等行业中常用的泥浆泵和隔膜泵存在的问题,提出了一种新型的液压驱动隔膜泵动力端的设计方案:把传统动力端的曲柄连杆机构设计为新型的液压缸驱动机构,动力端由大功率的电动机带动定量泵供油,利用液压缸一端的密闭空间实现液压缸的换向,使得活塞在运动过程中,实现匀速往复直线运动(传统设计中,活塞满足正弦曲线运动).这将从根本上解决传统隔膜泵吸入、排出料浆时流量的不均匀性,振动大以及噪声大等问题,并将在很大程度上减小泵的体积与成本.
In view of the problems of the mud pump and diaphragm power, metallurgy and chemical, a new type of driving force used pump used in industries of electric in the hydraulic-driven diaphragm pump was designed. Compared with the driving force used in the traditional pumps, the hydraulic-driven was used to replace the crank linkage one. It is driven by high-power motors. The moving direction is changed by using the confined space on the end of the hydraulic cylinders to make the pistons to achieve a uniform reciprocating linear motion ( the pistons in the traditional design make a sine curve movement). The new diaphragm pumps will fundamentally solve the uneven problem in the traditional ones when inhaling slurry, as well as vibration, noise and other major issues, and will largely reduce the size and cost of the pump.
