朱希祖与章太炎

On the Relationship Between Zhu Xizu and Zhang Taiyan

朱希祖是民国时期的著名史学家,早年留学日本早稻田大学,并与鲁迅、许寿裳、周作人、钱玄同等人共同受业于章太炎。他对章太炎先生十分敬重,章太炎对他也非常赏识。朱希祖治学严谨,学术造诣精深,他不仅继承和发扬了太炎先生的史学思想和治史风格,而且不断突破师说,在史学上创造出辉煌的成就,为推动史学的独立化和现代化做出了很大贡献。

Zhu Xizu was a famous historian in the Republic of China. He had once studied in Waseda University in Japan, and had been a disciple of Zhang Taiyan with Lu Xun ,Xu Shoushang, Zhou Zuoren, Qian Xuantong and some others. He quite respected his teacher, and Zhang Taiyan appreciated him very much. Zhu Xizu researched rigorously and his academic attainments were profound. He had not disappointed his teacher＇s great expectations. He not only inherited and carried forward the teacher＇s historical thought and style, but also broke through the teacher＇s theory, created the magnificent achievements in the history. He made great contribution for the history＇s independence and modernization.
