摘要
师德教育历来被我们国家所重视,并积累了丰富的经验。教师队伍的职业道德素质从整体上看是比较好的,绝大多数的教师能够坚守教育职场,为人师表,爱岗敬业,为我国的教育事业做出了应有的贡献。但受多种因素的影响,我们的师德教育的实效性不佳也是一个不争的问题,应引起广泛关注。
Our country pays much attention to the teacher's virtue education and accumulates rich experiences. The professional ethics of teachers' on the whole is better, Being a teacher by worthy example and loving one's work,the majority of teachers adhere to workplace education,they have made due contribution to China's education. However, because of synthesized influence of many factors, the effect of our teacher's virtue education is always low. This article analyses reasons of the problem from interior,such as problems in teacher's virtue education and teacher themselves.
