城市土地集约利用现状评价研究——以福州市居住用地为例

Evaluation research on present status of intensive urban land utilization——A case study of residential land in Fuzhou

城市土地集约化利用推动城市可持续发展,具有战略意义和重要的现实意义。现选择福州市王庄新村和亚峰小区作为评价单元,选取5个评价指标,确定评价标准,采用极限条件评判法作为计量方法,开展福州市居住用地集约利用评价。

The intensive urban land use promotes the strategic significance and practical importance. This sustainable development of the city, which has paper chooses “Yafeng residential area” and “Wangzhuang” in Fuzhou city as the evaluation units. It selects 5 evaluation index, determines evaluation criteria, adopts limit-condition for judgment as the measuring method, and carries out evaluation on the intensive use of residential land.
