原生态金秋梨中微量元素锌的光谱测定 被引量:2

摘要 测定黔东南苗族侗族自治州原生态“苗疆”牌台江金秋梨中微量元素锌的含量。方法:用正交试验优化仪器最佳工作条件,微波消解样品,火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)测定微量元素锌。结果:“苗疆”牌金秋梨锌元素含量为3.1mg/Kg,方法的特征浓度为0.0057μg,/mL,检出限为0.0079μg/mL,相对标准偏差为0.62%,加标回收率在98%-102.7%之间,适用于金秋梨中微量元素锌的测定。结论:“苗疆”牌金秋梨微量元素锌的含量较高,具有很高的食用价值和药用价值。 Objective: To determine the contents of the trace element zinc in primary ecological “ miao jiang” brand ‘Jinqiu' pear, Taijiang, Qiandongnan Miao & Dong Autonomous Prefecture. Method:Working conditions of optimized instrument by orthogonal experimental design, microwave samples and flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry (FAAS)were used to determine the trace element zinc. Result: The content of trace element zinc in “Miao jiang” brand ‘Jinqiu' digestion content of pear was 3.1mg/kg. The characteristic concentration was 0.0057μg/mL. The detection limit was 0.0079μg/ ml. The relative standard deviation was 0.62%. The recovery rate were 98%-102.7% ,which was adapted to the determination of trace element zinc in ‘Jinqiu' pear. Conclusion: “Miao jiang” brand ‘Jinqiu' pear has a high znic content. So it has a very high edible value and medicinal value. The method was simple, accurate and with a high sensitivity.
