摘要
目的:建立HPLC法同时测定三宝胶囊中原儿茶醛、丹参素钠、丹酚酸B含量。方法:以三宝胶囊为研究对象,采用Hypersil BDS C18(5μm,250×4.6mm)色谱柱;流动相A:含0.05%磷酸的甲醇溶液,B:0.05%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱。流速1mL·min^-1;检测波长270nm。结果:原儿茶醛、丹参素钠、丹酚酸B分别在0.0248-0.248μg(r=0.9995)、0.370-3.70μg(r=0.9999)和0.252-2.52μg(r=0.9998)范围内呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率依次为:99.3,98.6,98.8。结论:该法操作简便、快速、准确,为三宝胶囊质量评价提供了可靠方法。
Objective: To develop a method to determine protocaechuic aldehyde, sodium Danshensu and salvianolic acide B in Sanbao capsules. Methodes: Using RP-HPLC method with Hypersil BDS C 18 (5μm, 250mm×4.6mm) column, the mobile phase A was methanol ( 0.05 % phosphoric acid ), B was water (0.05% phosphoric acid) eluted in gradient mode. Flow rate was 1mL·min^-1, the detetion wavelength was 270nm,and column temperature was 35℃. Results: The calibration curves were linear in the range of 0.0248μg-0.248μg( r = 0.9995 ) for protocaechuie aldehyde, 0.3701μg- 3. 70μg( r = 0.9999) for sodium Danshensu and 0.252μg-2.52μg ( r = 0.9998 ) for salvianolic acide B. The average recovery of protocaeehuic aldehyde was 99.3% ,of sodium Danshensu was 98.6% and of salvianolic acide B was 98.8% . Conclusion :The method is convenient and appropriate and can be applied to the quality control of Sanbao capsules.
