银汞合金充填体对人体有无神经毒性的调查 被引量:2

An investigation on the potential neurotoxicity of amalgam to health

摘要 目的观察银汞合金充填体对人体健康的影响。方法采用WHO推荐的神经行为核心测验组合方法,对口腔内长期存有银汞合金充填体者的心理精神情况进行了问卷调查和行为测验,试图评估银汞合金充填体对人体有无神经毒性的影响。结果在有银汞合金充填体和无银汞合金组间,银汞合金充填体不同表面数组间,以及与银汞合金接触的不同年限间,所得资料差异性比较,均不说明银汞合金充填体对人体健康有害。结论银汞合金仍然不失为一种较好的充填材料。 Objective To investigate the potential neurotoxicity of amalgam fillings to health. Methods The Neurobehavioral Core Test Battery (NETB), recommended by WHO, were carried out to investigate the long-term psychological effects of amalgam fillings on patients' health by using questionnaires and behavior tests. Results Significant difference were not revealed between groups with and without amalgam fillings, and groups with varying numbers of amalgam fillings. There were no sifnificant differences among groups with different time baseline of receiving amalgam fillings. Conclusion Amalgam is still a filling material of choice in dental clinic.
