摘要
本文对新生儿ABO溶血症46例临床资料中的红细胞系变化做进一步分析。结果表明，红细胞系一般性三项演算值（红细胞平均容积、红细胞平均血红蛋白和红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度）的变化特征，MCV与MCH二项的变化相适应而MCHC则与之不同，变化不够突出。
On The bases of 46 cases of hemolytic disease of neonatorium due to ABO in capatibility, analysis of red blood cell has including calculating ordinary three items as MCV.MCHand MCHC was done. Figure shows that change pattern of MCV and MCH near along similar pattern, but MCHC some what different. It should be studied further.
