Group Corporation's Crisis Management Based on Parenting Relationship

以企业集团母合关系理论为指导,首先诠释了基于母合关系的企业集团危机概念及其内涵,并在此基础上对因母合劣势而导致的集团危机形成的诱因进行了具体剖析,最后运用企业危机管理理论就企业集团这种高级组织形式出现的危机现象从应对和防范两方面分别提出了相应管理举措。

With guidance of theory on group corporation＇s parenting relationship, this paper first analyses the concept of group corporation ＇s crisis ; secondly step by step reveals the formation inducements of that sort of crisis caused by parenting disadvantage; and finally gives some proposals on how to cope with and prevent group corporation＇s crisis by using theory, on enterprise＇s crisis management.
