摘要
在产品寿命服从广义指数分布的场合下,讨论了循环序进应力加速寿命试验的模型,给出了相应参数的统计分析方法:极大似然估计法和极大似然估计与回归相结合的估计方法,并利用数据模拟比较了它们的优劣性.
The statistical model and data analysis under accelerated life testing by circular-progressive-stress are considered when the life distribution follows two-parameter generalized exponential distribution (GED). The corresponding estimators of the parameters are given by a new method which combines the maximum-likel.ihood method and the least square method. The simulation results show the advantage of this new method compared with the maximum-likelihood method.
