The financial cooperation in Eastern Asia becomes the core problem which prevents from financial crisis and ensures that the economy of Eastern Asia could develop persistently. For this aim, the stable exchange ＂market and powerful financial system are necessary. In the environment of increasing interweaved economy, it is required that necessary information should be exchanged among financial authorities, and the communication and coordination in the level of currency can promote to create the common currency m the region. Additionally, conciliation with American in this aspect and international financial institute such as IMF are also indispensable.
