创业企业家心理素质培育是知识经济时代的内在要求,更是我国经济发展、社会进步的现实需要。心理素质作为创业企业家素质结构中的核心因素,直接影响着创业企业家的创业活动。企业家精神、企业家素质、创业教育等理论为进一步探讨创业企业家心理素质培育问题提供了理论基础。
Entrepreneur psychological quality fostering is the inherent requirement of a knowledge-based economy era, the actual needs of China＇s economic development and social progress. Psychological quality as the core element of the quality structure of entrepreneur directly impacts on the entrepreneurial activities. Theories such as entrepreneurial spirit, entrepreneurial quality and enterprise education provide theoretical bases for further exploring the entrepreneur psychological quality fostering .
