改革开放三十年来的秦汉史研究

1978年召开的中共十一届三中全会,是中国现代史上具有划时代意义的一个重大事件。这次会议所确定的解放思想、实事求是的思想路线,以及把全党工作的重点转移到社会主义现代化建设上来的决定,开启了改革开放的新时期。三十年来,在改革开放的伟大进程中,中国的经济、政治、文化和社会建设都取得了举世瞩目的成就。伴随着改革开放,中国的人文哲学社会科学步入了繁荣昌盛的新阶段,作为历史学分支学科的中国古代史也同样经历着深刻变化。历史学从来都是一门与现实有着密切联系的学问。在改革开放的新时期,中国古代史在研究的客观环境和人才队伍的培养,研究领域的拓宽与学科体系的完善,理论视角的转换与研究方法的更新,以及传承和弘扬中华优秀传统文化,满足社会对历史文化的需要,推动中华民族的伟大复兴上都作出了杰出贡献。为此,2008年9月,中国社会科学院科研局和历史研究所共同召开了"改革开放三十年以来的中国古代史研究"论坛,从多角度、多层次全面总结与回顾了三十年来中国古代史各学科的发展状况。应河北学刊杂志社之邀,现将其中的部分成果选登于此,以飨读者。

The Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh National People's Congress in 1978 starts a new period of reform and opening up. In the past thirty years, great achievements have been made in politics, economy, culture and socialist construction. In this period, humanities, philosophy and social sciences have entered a new stage of prosperity. As a branch of history, ancient Chinese history has also undergone profound changes. History is closely connected with reality. Outstanding devotions on the studies of ancient Chinese history have been made in the aspects of objective environment, talents, research fields, system, theoretical perspective, research methods, inheritance and development of excellent Chinese cultures, meeting the needs of historical culture, pushing ahead the Chinese nation in her rejuvenation and so on. In September 2008 Research Department and Institute of History, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, jointly held a conference'The Past Thirty-Year Studies on Ancient Chinese History Since the Reform and Opening Up', summing up the developments of ancient Chinese history at all levels. At the invitation of Hebei Academic Journal, some fruits are here for readers.
