关于在中国实行药品独立管制的思考

The Study of Feasibility of Independence of Regulatory Organizations for Drug Industry in China

药品与民众生命、健康紧密相关,药品管制是关乎民生的重大课题。目前,药品管制的独立性问题成为争论的焦点之一。本文从经济学角度分析了中国建立药品独立性管制的必要性,以及所面临的挑战,提出了建立中国药品独立性管制的建议。

The drug is closely related to the life and health of people. It is important for people to the Regulations of drug. The independence of regulation of drug is a bone of contention. The paper makes a definition of independence of regulation of drug, analyses the necessity and barriers of establishing it in China. At last the paper makes some suggestions and countermeasures on how to establish the independ- ent regulatory organizations for drug industry in China.
