摘要
本文阐述了PPT的概念和产生背景,在此基础上提出构建实施PPT的决策系统,包括决策准则和决策流程。这套决策机制摒弃了旅游开发中单纯以经济利益为主目标的决策模式,将公共品开发的决策方法引入PPT的决策中,为贫困人口受益提供了理论指导。
The concept and producing background of PPT was elaborated in this paper. Decision system including decision principal and decision program of implementing PPT strategy was proposed on the basis of this. This decision method abandons the decision model simply with the main aim of economic benefit in the tourism development. The decision making of Public goods developing was used into the decision method of PPT strategy. This provides theory guidance to stricken people to profit.
