京津冀一体化下的河北省区域创新能力提升研究

Improving regional innovation capability in Hebei——based on the integration of Beijing,Tianjin,and Hebei

区域创新能力决定着一个地区的长期竞争力。本文构建了京、津、冀区域创新能力评价指标,并运用主成分分析法得出影响区域创新能力的因素。针对河北省区域创新能力的薄弱环节,提出提升河北省区域创新能力的对策和建议,如适当增加政府和企业的科技投入,加强京、津、冀地区的产、学、研合作,提高劳动者素质,改善创新环境,鼓励中介机构的建立等。

Regional innovation capacity is a deciding factor in regional long -term competitive force. This thesis builds the innovation capacity evaluation index system, and finds the factors that influence regional innovation capability through principal component analysis. Considering the weakness of Hebei＇s innovation capacity, the author brings up some suggestion on how to elevate Hebei＇s innovation capacity, such as increasing the R＆D input, improving the quality of workers, reinforcing the integration of research cooperation in Beijing - Tianjin -Hebei, enhancing the innovation environment, encouraging the built -uP of institution.
