摘要
本文以杜能的农业区位理论为基础,对现代农业物流体系作了研究,并对农业物流与供应链平台、农业物流政策法律平台、农业物流基础设施平台和农业物流信息平台作了功能设计和分析,提出了现代农业物流体系要分县、地区、省(市)级三个层次和区域进行构建,并按照"政府统筹、市场导向、平台支撑、企业运作"的模式进行运作的结论。
Based on Von Thuneng agricultural location theory, the paper is focused on the study of modem agricultural logistics systems. Meanwhile, as for agricultural logistics systems, functional design and analysis are made in terms of the platforms for agricultural logistics ＆ supply chain, policies ＆ laws, infrastructure and market information. It comes to a conclusion like this： The modem agricultural logistics system should be es- tablished respectively in different areas at the level of county, prefecture and province and be operated in mode of＂harmonization by government, market-orientation, support of platforms and enterprise operation＂.
