摘要
在实验室条件下,设置四种不同营养盐浓度环境,分析异枝麒麟菜对氮、磷的去除效果。结果表明麒麟菜对海水中无机氮的去除率为89.5%~92.0%,对磷酸盐的去除率为79.6%~81.8%,对无机氮的吸收速率最高达到0.26μmol(/g·h),对磷酸盐的吸收速率最高达到0.009μmol(/g·h)。说明麒麟菜对氮、磷的吸收效果很明显,吸收速率随氮、磷浓度的升高而增大,对海水有很好的净化作用。
In order to study the function of Kappaphycus alvarezii in purification of sea water,we set up four conditions containing different nitrogen and phosphorus concentrations. Results show that Kappaphycus alvarezii can remove inorganic nitrogen and phosphate,and removal rate is 89.5% to 92% and 79.6% to 81.8% respectively. Of absorption rate of Kappcqghycus alvarezii, inor- ganic nitrogen can up to 0.26 μmol/(g .h),while phosphate to 0.009 μmol/(g.h). These results can give a strong suggestion that Kappaphycus alvarezii can absorb nitrogen and phosphorus in sea water, moreover, the absorption ablity can more obviouse with the increase of nitrogen and phosphorus concentration in water. This implicate that Kappaphycus alvarezii might be play an important role in aspect of purification sea water.
