美洲鲥幼鱼饲料中蛋白质的适宜含量

摘要 为研究饲料中不同蛋白质含量对美洲鲥幼鱼生长的影响,设置了蛋白质含量分别为35%、40%和45%的3组实验,经过41d的试验得出:蛋白质含量为40%的饲料组,幼鱼的增重率、特定生长率最高(P<0.05);蛋白质含量为40%组和45%组的蛋白质效率和饲料转化率无显著差异(P>0.05),但均高于35%组(P<0.05)。 The optimum protein requirement for juveniles of A losa sapidissima were determined using practical diets containing 35%, 40% and 45% of dietary. protein for 41 days. The results showed that the fish fed the feed containing 40% dietary protein had the maximal growth rate in weight and special growth rate (SGR)(P〈0.05). The protein efficiency ratio (PER) and feed conversion ratio(FCR) of the fish fed the feed containing 40% and 45% of dietary protein were significantly higher than those in the fish fed the feed containing 35% protein (P〈0.05), although the PER and FCR of group 40% and 45% had no significant difference (P〉0.05). Based on the analysis, tile optimum content of protein in the diet to culture juveniles of A. sapidissima is about 40%.
