静脉麻醉下内镜治疗上消化道异物的分析

Endoscopic treatment for the foreign body in upper digest tract under intravenous anesthesia

目的对上消化道异物的临床特点及静脉麻醉下内镜治疗效果进行分析。方法对2004年1月—2007年12月我科37例内镜治疗的上消化道异物患者资料作回顾性分析。结果36例内镜下成功取出(97.3%),1例十二指肠异物失败;1例黏膜少量出血,2例患者在操作过程中分别出现血氧饱和度下降、血压下降。结论静脉麻醉下内镜治疗上消化道异物安全有效、操作方便、损伤少,术中及术后并发症少,术后恢复快,患者基本无痛苦及恐惧感,较易于接受手术,值得临床应用。

Objective To investigate the clinic features of the foreign body in upper digest tract and the effect of endoscopical treatment for it. Methods 37 cases of foreign bodies in upper tract were analyzed retrospectively who underwent the endoscopical treatment from Jan 2004 to Dee 2007. Results 36 cases of removal of foreign bodies were successful （97. 3% ）, 1 case of foreign body in duodenum failed. 1 case was complicated with mueosa bleeding slightly, 2 cases with the decreased blood oxygen saturation and blood pressure during operation. Conclusion Endoscopic treatment under intravenous anesthesia is safe, effective and easy to operate for foreign body in upper digest tract, with slight injury and fewer morbidities during or after operation. Recovery is in short time. The operation is accepted so easily as to deserve for clinic application due to painlessness and fearlessness.
