摘要
目的探讨高、低频探头联合应用在急性阑尾炎诊断中的价值。方法对105例经B超高、低频探头联合应用诊断的急性阑尾炎与病理结果对照后进行回顾性分析。结果联合高、低频探头对急性阑尾炎的诊断,病理图像与超声图像有一定的对应性。结论高、低频探头对诊断急性阑尾炎有优势互补的特点,联合应用能明显提高诊断符合率。
Objective To appraise the value of uhrasonography high-and low-frequency probe combined to diagnose acute appendicitis. Methods Retrospectively comparing 105 samples of acute appendicitis which was diagnosed by ultrasonography high-and low-frequency probe combniation and pathology. Results The sonogram is conformity with image of pathology. Conclusion The complementary features in the combination use of ultrasonography high-and low-frequency probe can improve the diagnostic accuracy.
