Professor Fu Rulin's Experience in Treating Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura

介绍傅汝林教授治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)的临床经验。傅教授治学严谨,学验俱丰,在多年的临床工作中积累了丰富的经验,擅长治疗血液病,他认为治疗ITP应从整体出发,以气血为本,阴阳为纲,详辨寒热虚实,根据病变的不同阶段和不同证型,权衡轻重,分别施治,临证时抓住肝脾肾为本,火热为标之纲要,治疗时就能执简驭繁。

This article introduced Prof. Fu Rulin＇ s experience in treating idiopathic thrombocytopenlc purpura （ITR）. Prof. Fu has accumulated large amounts of clinical experience during tens of years and is expert at treating. In his view, the treatment of ITP in Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） should focus on liver,spleen and kidney in the mechanism of pathogenic heat ,adjust qi and blood, yin and yang, differentiate cold and heat, asthenia and sthenia. More importantly,it should also weight elements above and treat them respectively according to different disease stages and syndromes so that a satisfactory curative effect will come true.
