中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效观察

Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy with Combination of TCM and Western Medicine

目的:观察中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果。方法:治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上,加用中药辨证施治及中药足浴,对照组采用常规治疗联合甲钴胺静滴。结果:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为91.11%和57.14%,经统计学处理有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变效果显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects on the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods： Base on the control groups＇ treatment, the treatment group was treated by syndrome differention with TCM and lavipeditum of traditional Chinese medicine ,The control group was treated by routine treatment and methylcobalamin injection. Result： The treatment and control groups＇ effective rate was 91.9% and 57.14% respectively. Statistial analysis showed that there were significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： It has a better effect on diabetic peripheral neuropathy with combination of TCM and western medicine.
