针灸并举治疗骨痹36例疗效观察

39 cases on Bone-Bi treated by acupuncture with moxibustion

目的:观察针刺加隔姜灸治疗膝骨性关节炎临床疗效。方法:用针刺加隔姜灸治疗36例膝骨性关节炎患者,采用主要症状体征量化指标与西药治疗对照观察针刺加隔姜灸的治疗效果。结果:治疗组各项观察指标平均改善幅度均优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组与对照组的治愈率分别为44.44%和33.33%,总有效率分别为94.44%和83.33%(P<0.05),两组疗效有显著性差异。结论:针刺加隔姜灸对膝骨性关节炎有较好的治疗效果。

Objective：To study the clinical curative effect of acupuncture with moxibustion with giner on osteoarthritis. Methods ：36 cases with osteoarthritis, treated by acupuncture with moxibustion with giner, were divided into therapeutic group and controlled group randomly to observe curative effect respectively with quantified index of symptoms and signs. Result： The im- provement range of quantified indices in therapeutic group were better than those of controlled group, the curative rate of therapeutic group and controlled group were 44.44% and 33.33% respectively, and the total effective rate 94.44% and 83.33% respectively. There are significant differences between the therapeutic group and controlled group. Conclusion： Acupuncture with moxibustion with ginger has better therapeutic effect on osteoarthritis.
