摘要
目的:观察痛必定对CCI模型大鼠痛阈的影响,并探讨其镇痛作用机理。方法:测定用药前后CCI大鼠压痛阈值的变化,采用免疫组织化学方法研究痛必定粉针对CCI大鼠脊髓背角c-fos基因表达的影响。结果:痛必定粉针可明显提高CCI模型大鼠的疼痛阈值(P<0.05),抑制由疼痛所引起的脊髓背角c-fos表达增强的效应(P<0.05)。结论:痛必定粉针对CCI模型大鼠具有明确的镇痛作用,减少脊髓背角神经元对传入的伤害性刺激的反应,可能是其发挥镇痛作用的途径之一。
Objective: To observe the acesodyne effect and mechanism of Tong Bi Ding(TBD) in rats with Chronic Constriction Injury of Sciatic Nerve( CCI)o Methods:The acesodyne effect of TBD was evaluated using pain threshold, c -los gene expression in spinal cord dorsal horn in rats with CCI were analyzed by immunohistoehemical analysis. Results :TBD could ruarkedly enhance the pain threshold in rats with CCI ( P 〈 0, 05 ) , and the pain induced elevation of c - fos expression could 'also be suppressed ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion :TBD shows definite acesodyne effect in rats with CCI,the reduction of neuron's reaction in spinal cord dorsal horn to afferent noxious stimulation is possibly one of the pathways for its acesodyne effect.
