白内障手术治疗闭角性青光眼疗效观察 被引量:9

摘要 目的研究单纯白内障超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术对闭角型青光眼的治疗作用。方法回顾性分析33例(39眼)闭角型青光眼病例。其中29眼为原发急性闭角型青光眼,10眼为慢性闭角型青光眼,均有不同程度的晶状体混浊。入院后行白内障超声乳化联合后房型人工晶状体植入术。随访1-24个月。结果术后眼压控制在(2.01±0.42)kPa,比术前眼压(3.65±0.74)kPa明显降低,有显著性差异(P〈0.001)。前房明显加深,房角情况不同程度改善。术后矫正视力显著提高,并发症很少。结论单纯白内障超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术是闭角型青光眼安全有效的治疗方法。 Objective To study the efficacy of the simple phacoemul -sification extraction of cataract and intraocular lens(IOL) implantation in therapy of primary angle-closure glaucoma. Methods Retrospective study on 33 cases(39 eyes) of angle-closure glaucoma. Twenty nine eyes of them were primary acute angle-closure glaucoma, 10 eyes were chronic angle-closure glaucoma. All of them had the opacity of the lens with different degrees. The patients have received phacoemulsification extraction of cataract and IOL implantation. The follow-up raged from 1 to 24 months. The average time were 8.2 months. Results Compared to preoperation, the intraocular pressure after operation was significantly decreased from (3.65±0.74)kPa to (2.01±0.42)kPa. There was statistical difference between pre- and postoperation. The anterior chamber depth after operation was significantly deepened. The chamber angle was improved with different degrees. The corrected visual acuity was increased significantly with few complications. Conclusion The simple phacoemul -sification extraction of cataract and IOL implantation is efficacy in therapy of primary angle-closure glaucoma.
