摘要
对葛根总黄酮的三种提取工艺进行了比较及优化。结果表明,乙醇回流提取的最佳工艺条件为乙醇浓度70%,料液比1:10,提取时间1h,提取温度80℃,最佳提取率为62.8%。超声提取的最佳工艺条件为乙醇浓度70%,料液比1:15,提取时间20min,超声温度60℃,最佳提取率为56.1%。微波辅助提取的最佳工艺条件为乙醇浓度60%,料液比1:20,微波处理时间40 s(3次),中高火处理,最佳提取率为85.7%。微波辅助提取的效果最好,具有快速、节能、提取率高等优点。
This paper optimized three kinds of extraction technologies of flavonoids from Pueraria Lobata and compared them with each other. The results showed that the optimized conditions of ethanol - extracting were as fol- lows: 70% ethanol extracting at 80℃ for 1 h, and the ratio of material to solvent is 1:10, under whieh the extrae- tion rate was 62.8%. However, 85.7% extraction rate could be obtained by means of ethanol - extracting with microwave processing under mid - strong microwave power for 40s, extracted three times in 60% athanol, with the ratio of material to solvent 1:20. Meanwhile, the optimized conditions of ethanol - extracting with ultrasonie treatment were as follows: 70% ethanol extracting at 60~C for 20 min, and the ratio of material to solvent is 1:15, under which the extraction rate was 56.1%. In conclusion, microwave processing had the best effect, and it also had such advantages as fast, power saving and high extraction rate.
