摘要
目的研究黄金血康对兔高脂血症和动脉粥样硬化形成的调节和预防作用。方法将实验兔分成正常对照组、动脉粥样硬化模型组和黄金血康预防组,分别喂普通饲料、高脂饲料和高脂饲料加黄金血康。2周后,所有的实验动物分别用气囊损伤兔腹主动脉内皮细胞,分别于实验前和实验第4、8、12周进行兔静脉采血,测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、载脂蛋白AI(apoAI)和载脂蛋白B(apoB)的水平。结果模型组与对照组相比,其血清TC、TG显著升高,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);预防性给药组与模型组相比,兔血清TC、TG、apoB降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或<0.01);而HDL-C、apoAI升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论黄金血康对高脂血症兔脂质具有明显的调节作用,提示此药具有抗动脉粥样硬化形成的作用。
Objective To investigate the preventive effects of Huangjin Xuekang (HJXK) against experimental hyperlipidemie and atherogensis (AS) of rabbits. Methods Twenty four healthy New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into three groups. Rabbits were fed with normal food in the control group, with high fat diet in the model group, and with high fat diet and HJXK in the prevention group. All experimental rabbits underwent hurt to endomembrane of abdominal aorta with the same method. Serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), apolipoprotein AI (apoAI), apolipoprotein (apoB) were examined at the 0, 4,8 and 12th week. All rabbits were sacrificed for pathological examination with transmission electron microscope after the 12th week. Results After rabbits were fed with high fat diet and underwent hurt to endomembrane of abdominal aorta, compared with that in the control group, it was found that concentrations of TG and TC in the model group increased significantly (P〈0.01). Compared with the model group, concentrations of TC ,TG and apoB in the HJXK group significantly lowered (P〈0.01 or 0.05), while the levels of HDL-C,apoAI increased (P〈0.01). Transmission electron microscope showed endothelium cells injured and hyperplasia of smooth muscle cells in AS model were much more than those in the HJXK group. Conclusion HJXK has effective effect on regulating hyperlipidemic in experimental rabbits and is a potential drug in preventing AS.
