心电图ST段压低在诊断冠心病中的临床意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨心电图ST段压低在冠心病诊断中的临床意义。方法回顾性分析444例心电图ST段压低患者冠脉造影结果,观察心电图ST段压低的患者中冠心病所占的比例。结果444例中,冠脉造影阳性275例(占61.9%,冠脉造影阴性169例(占37.3%)。心电图ST段压低伴胸痛238例,其中冠脉造影阳性197例(占82.8%),心电图ST段压低不伴胸痛206例,其中冠脉造影阳性78例(占37.9%),两组阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论仅有心电图ST段压低不能诊断为冠心病,冠心病诊断必须结合临床表现及心电图动态演变。
