我国经济增长方式转变面临着一系列问题，针对这些问题，要顺利实现这一增长方式的转变，就必须更新观念，加快经济体制改革，建立健全宏观调控体系，适当降低经济增长速度，控制全社会固定资产投资规模，优化产业结构，发展适度规模经营，加速科技进步，提高劳动者素质，并在宏观上处理好粗放经营和集约经营的关系。

There are many problems in the change of economic growth models in China.In order to make the change successfully,it is necessary to renew our concepts,to deepen the reform of economic system,to set up macro control system and make the system more proper,to decrease the economic growth rate properly,to control the scale of fixed asset investment.Also it is essential to make the structure of productivity more suitable,to develop the proper scaled production,to accelerate the process of technology and science,to improve the labour quality and to deal with the relation between extensive and intensive economic growth models smoothly.
