摘要
本试验以山西农大棉花远缘杂交育种组创育的异源四倍体亚比棉(A2A2G1G1)和栽培四倍体海岛棉(AADD)2为亲本杂交,组成三交种异源四倍体(AAGD)为材料,对其亲本及杂种F1的三种器官(叶片、叶柄、花器)的过氧化物酶同工酶进行了分析研究,结果表明:(1)两亲本有各自的特定酶带。(2)杂种F1的酶谱是双亲的不完全互补型,即杂种酶带均来自双亲(包括父母共有的,母本或父本特有的),酶带的一部分。(3)同种棉属在不同的器官上表现出明显的差异性,其中,叶柄酶谱最为丰富,清晰;叶片次之,花器表现较差。
The teiple species hybrid allotetraploid (AAGD)was artifically crossed with G.arboreum.G.bickii and G.barbadense,by Shanxi Agricultural Uniuersity Breediug Group.Though analysing the peroxidase isozyme of leafblade,lesfstalk and flower of the triple species hybrid allotetraploid(AAGD)and it's parents,we had the results as follow: (1 )Two parents haue their special enzyme bands. (2 )Hybrid F 1's enzyme bands all came from parts of parents. (3 )Same kind gossypium in different organ has different enzyme bands.The order from the richest to the lowest was leafstalk,leafblade and flower.
