一类用子空间构作的d-析取矩阵

摘要 d-析取矩阵是非适应群验算法的数学模型,在DNA测试中具有非常重要的作用.在一个特殊的集合中利用包含关系得到了一类d-析取矩阵,通过建立新的行指标集和列指标集,在这类d-析取矩阵的基础上又得到了一类d-析取矩阵. The d-disjunct matrix is the mathematical model of non-adaptive group testing and plays an im portant role in DNA screening. A class of d-disjunct matrix by inclusion in a special set was obtained. By constructing new row index and column index set, a class of d-disjunct matrix was also obtained by these d-disjunct matrixces obtained above.
